CIDEP uses its Research Center as a tool to gather intelligence and leads while representatives collect market intelligence. The tasks are broken down as follows:
Identify and Validate data – Define our client’s criteria, search relevant CIDEP databases and external sources, then make a plan for obtaining raw data.
Gather Intelligence – CIDEP uses a two-fold means of gathering data in order to ensure relevance to client’s needs and secure even more detailed information from targeted companies.
Basic surveys are given to upper management while additional in-house professionals with business development experience conduct validation surveys to confirm and complement the information provided in the original survey.
Collection and Analysis is achieved by using a variety of sources, such as industry reviews, market activity reports, and the media in order to provide the detailed and insightful information that the CIDEP professionals need to better meet the specific requirements of their clients.
As a result of all the research compiled, CIDEP has put in place an industry-specific database for every province in Canada to better meet the needs of their clients.
